Question 7

Can I buy my device?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can buy your device anytime after your first month. Buying is completely optional.

Your buyout price is always shown in your account. It generally goes down the longer you've been subscribed, and it can change over time. You can view your current price by logging in to your account under:

You can also choose to upgrade, extend, or return your device at the end of your plan.

Yes, you may buy your device after the first month's payment, however, this might be more expensive than buying it retail. Our subscriptions are designed to help you spread out the cost of the device, while retaining the flexibility to upgrade and the benefit of device protection.

If you are keen to purchase immediately, we recommend going to your local retailer.

Question 9

How is the purchase price of a device calculated?

Accepted Answer

Your buyout price is based on factors such as the device's original value, how long you've been subscribed, and the device's current value and condition.

Check My Account > My Subscriptions or the Cinch App for your latest price.
